There are some differnece between live in dormitory and at home . There are advantages both for living at home and in the dormitory. However, I prefer living in the dormitory now because I want to learn how to be independent and adapt to social life.I have lived in the dormitory for two year. When I first lived in NTUST's dormitory, I don't adapt to the life . Because you have to do everything by yourself, such as washing clothes, eating dinner...etc.
Unlike living at home, living in dormitory is more convenient. For example, I do not need to get early to take bus or MRT, because it is on campus . Now I can save time of transportation on sleeping. When I study, I discuss to learn problem with my roommates . I go shopping or travel with my roommates. It is so happy! I use school's resources , such as gym , swimming pool .Living in the dormitory is freer than at home, I don't worry about parent punish me.
It is independent life in dormitory , that I learn about many life skills,such as communication with roommates and cooperation . Living in dormitory is freer;whereas, I can't control myself.My life becomes disordered. Everyday I stay up playing computer games, and I do not feel like studying day by day. I very miss my family,such as father 's instruction and mother's dinner.I don't like going out to eat .It's really expensive.I regret that my life is disordered. In the future, I hope I can learn how to control myself.
